Dhiran started his career two decades ago in London, specialising in cutting and styling hair. After honing his skill set there, he embarked on New York City where he truly took his craft to the next level. He has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry in both London and New York.
Working on everything from photo shoots to fashion shows, Dhiran's work continues to be featured in some of the most well known publications. Settling in Charlotte to raise his family, with a dream to own his own salon and through endless dedication, The Carriage House was born.
Dhiran’s happiest place is behind the chair, tending to all the needs of his extremely diverse clientele, both in New York and in Charlotte.
Anna McCord
Hairstylist
Born and raised just north of Charlotte, Anna attended The Aveda Institute in SouthEnd to earn her Cosmetology license. After graduation, Anna spent time living and working in Chicago to hone her craft. She trained under some of the best in the industry at Spoke & Weal before branching out on her own. She now travels back and fourth to Chicago to maintain her clientele there, both working in Charlotte and assisting Dhiran in New York.
As a cut specialist Anna has an eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic. She is well versed in hair cutting, extensions, and has a love of styling. Bringing out people’s natural texture in their hair is one of her favorite things to do. Anna prides herself on not only being able to achieve results in the salon, but her ability to educate her clients on achieving those same results at home.
Ashley Healy
Colorist
Ashley Healy is a talented colorist and artist with 17 years of experience, dedicated to making each guest feel valued and cared for. Born in Athens, Greece, she moved frequently due to her father's career in the Marine Corps, but her roots are in Long Island, New York. At 15, she returned to Long Island to finish high school, where her art teacher inspired her to explore hair and makeup for photography, igniting her passion for hairstyling.
Ashley excels in creating lived-in colors and sun-kissed blondes that reflect her clients’ inner glow. She spent 10 years thriving in a large Charlotte salon before opening her own studio for five years. Now at The Carriage House, she collaborates with fellow artists in a serene environment, bringing her expertise and warmth to the Charlotte community, ensuring every client enjoys a personalized and meaningful experience.
With over two decades of experience, Sandy is a master colorist whose work reflects both technical precision and an instinctive eye for beauty. Trained in Los Angeles and Florida, her career spans salon ownership and a loyal clientele drawn to her signature approach: thoughtful, customized color that enhances natural style.
Sandy’s process begins with listening—translating each client’s vision into nuanced, wearable artistry. Whether crafting subtle dimension or bold transformation, her work is defined by intention and finesse. Clients leave not just looking radiant, but feeling seen. In a world of trends, Sandy’s philosophy remains timeless: great color is personal.
